Delete your Lucrum account

This page explains how to delete your account in Lucrum: Business Wallet & POS (the Lucrum app on Google Play, by Lucrum) and on the Lucrum dashboard, and what happens to your data. Lucrum is operated by Santosha Digital US Ltd.

How to ask

Email support@lucrum.cash from the email address you sign in to Lucrum with, with the subject Delete my Lucrum account. Writing from that address shows us the request is yours. You don't need the app to ask.

Email a deletion request

In the app, Settings → Account & Support → Delete account brings you to this page.

We reply to confirm we have your request, and we finish deleting your account within 30 days.

Before you ask

• Move any funds out of your Lucrum wallet. Your wallet is self-custody: once your account is deleted, you can no longer open it in Lucrum, and we can't recover it for you. We check your wallet before deleting your account and contact you if it still holds funds.
• Lucrum Pro ends when your account is deleted. No further charges are taken.
• If you own your business's account, deleting it also removes your team's access to it, and your open payment links stop accepting payments.

What we delete

Your login and profile (name, email and photo); your business settings, products, floor plan and open tabs; your team list and invitations; your saved customers, and saved payees you never paid; the wallets and Stripe key saved to your account; your notifications and push notification tokens; your referral link; and the app usage analytics linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of your sales, payments, fees, payouts and rewards (amounts, dates, payment methods, status, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and who each payout went to), with your business's name and country, for 5 years after your account is deleted. Tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering laws require us to keep them. We use them only for that, and delete them afterwards.
• Payments on public blockchains stay there. No one, including Lucrum, can delete them.
• Stripe and Bridge keep their own records of the payments and accounts they handle for you, under their own privacy policies.
